We arrived back on the field, March 5th, and after a month in a hotel and rental car, we finally were able to find a house to rent and a car to buy. We moved into our house the first week of April, but were unable to secure a phone line for an additional month. (This is partly the blame for our delayed letter.) Welcome back to life on the mission field, you work on their time table! We sincerely apologize for our tardiness, but the delay was unavoidable. God has been good and has opened up opportunities for preaching, for Connie to speak with Ladies' Groups and also for soul-winning opportunities. While most of you are toasty warm, we are entering winter in Sao Paulo. It is about 40 degrees F. albeit, a little early this year. Please pray with us as we endeavor to start a new work. Many new areas in need of a church have been presented to us. We need God's leadership in determining the best area. Our updates should be back on schedule now that we are basically settled in.
