Psalm 71: 7 - 9
"I am as a wonder unto many, but Thou art my strong refuge. Let my mouth be filled with Thy praise and with Thy honour all the day. Cast me not off in the time of old age, forsake me not when my strength faileth."

In a few days I'll be 85 years of age. How time does fly!! Just picture it.... two young people on a farm in South-central Kansas. We had a baby (Becky) and thought we had "the world by the tail." Then a Baptist preacher came along and invited us to a revival. The fourth night we were saved. Praise the Lord! All our hopes and dreams went out the window. He, the "Rock of our salvation," gave us a reason for truly living.

Bob was called to preach about 15 months later. This was followed by a sellout of our farm, a move the Fort Worth to Bible School, and then on to follow Him wherever He led. Yes, I may be getting old, but I still cannot keep from praising God for the way He led us and all He allowed us to do for His glory.

Yes, I am ready for the Undertaker or the Uppertaker. Bob is waiting for me on the other side. Pray that I'll be able to serve Him until the very end.
